This box is filled with all of Jenny’s favorite things! Each item is carefully handpicked by Jenny. Many of the items go together to bring you a full project while others items may be helpful notions and quilting must-haves to add to your sewing room.

How do I pay/how much does this year’s box cost?
A
We have two convenient payment options for the 2026 Countdown to Christmas Box. Option 1: Pay in full when you pre-order starting April 9th, 2026. Nothing left to do except wait for your box to arrive. Option 2: Pay 50% when you pre-order starting April 9th, 2026. This secures your box but lets you decide when you want to pay the remainder due. To pay the balance simply follow the steps below or call customer service for assistance. Remaining balance is due between May 1st and September 4th. Simply log in and view your shopping cart anytime between May 1st and September 4th, 2026. Once logged in you will see a message to click and add to cart. Complete your transaction with your choice of payment method. Bonus - We will send you a reminder as well to make sure you don’t miss out. When choosing the 50% discount please note the Jenny Countdown to Christmas Box is guaranteed as long as final payment is made before September 4th, 2026.

Is shipping included in the purchase of the 2026 Countdown to Christmas Box? Is the 2026 Countdown to Christmas Box available for international shipping?

Canadian Shipping is $20 when you pay in full or $0** on your first 50% deposit and $20** on your second 50% deposit. International Shipping is $40 when you pay in full or $10** on your first 50% deposit, and $30** on your second 50% deposit, for a total of $40. **Please note that if you purchase any other items with the Countdown to Christmas Box standard shipping rules apply as they will ship separately from the box.

How do i check and / or change the shipping address
A
If you have paid 100% of the preorder you will need to contact our Customer Service department and have them change it for you. If you have yet to pay the remaining 50% then the address you use during final checkout will be the address we ship to. Please note that your address needs to be updated prior to September 4, 2026. Once your package is shipped we will not be able to update the delivery address.

How do I update my payment method to pay the final payment?

Great news! You don’t need to contact us to update your payment method when you are making your final payment of 50%. At checkout use the payment method of your choice.

When will it ship? 
A
Your Countdown to Christmas box will ship starting in October to early-November and should arrive no later than November 30th. Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, shipping delays are beyond our control.

What happens if I miss the September 4th due date for the 2nd payment? 
A
You will be refunded for the first half of your payment and lose your hold on the holiday box. In order to guarantee that you will receive the countdown to the Christmas box please make sure you complete your final payment prior to September 4th, 2026.

Can I return or exchange the items in Jenny's Christmas Box?
A
We have a feeling you’re going to love the gifts inside, however, If you have second thoughts about the Countdown to Christmas Box, you may cancel your order before it ships in late October. Please note that once your Countdown to Christmas Box ships to you all sales are final. We will not accept returns.

Can I purchase a 2026 Countdown to Christmas Box as a gift for someone else, or order more than 1 box?
A
Absolutely! If they are all going to the same address, you can check out with more than one box. Please note that if you are ordering boxes to send to separate addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each box.
