Existing Users Who Have Not Reactivated Your Account

- We sent a LOT of emails to get all the accounts switched over. If you haven't received yours yet please check your inbox, spam folders, and promotional folders for a Missouri Star Activation email. If you still don't see anything from us click here to fill out the reactivation code form.
- Please look around your inbox for yours - search your email for Big News! and - check your spam and promotional folders just to be safe.

- If you try to log in before receiving the account activation email you may receive an error that says "could not find your account." This error just means that your account activation email has not yet been sent.

Existing Users Who Have Reactivated Your Account

You’ve probably noticed that technology can be like a BFF (Best Friend Forever) or more like an annoying little brother. You love them dearly, but sometimes they make your lives a bit more interesting. :) The activation emails took much longer to deliver to inboxes than we had anticipated. If you are still not seeing your account invite or it's not working you have a few options.

Option 1. You can create a new account. As long as you use the same email address as your original account everything will connect. We did some testing to make sure.

 

Option 2. If you would like us to send you a new activation code click HERE and provide us your name and email in this form and we will send a new one on over.

We want to assure you that we’re actively working on fixing the “bugs” you’re experiencing right now, most of which you’ve already communicated to our Customer Service team. Order History

If you didn't see your Order History show up in previous visits to our new site, we’ve added a new button titled “More Orders” that will take you to your purchase history prior to June 30, 2021.

 

Quilter's Cash

Quilter's Cash points earned prior to our new site launch have been successfully transferred to customer accounts as of 7/2/21. Our FAQ section has been updated with what's new for Quilter's Cash.
