Batiks 20 Yard Mystery Box

The fabric quality is excellent for batiks. However, in my bundle, the colors were heavily weighted towards pinks which is my least favorite color.

I was extremely hesitant to order this - I have been disappointed by soooooo many mystery boxes from other companies. This one was worth the $100 I spent (on sale). There were around 25 different pieces ranging from maybe 1.5 yards to a quarter yard. All were in good condition, probably just bolt ends from the Island Batiks factory. There were several Christmas prints but I'll figure out some way to use those. Most were "everyday" prints. I was happy with it, but I would not buy it at the $250...

Really happy with this purchase. Lots of different fabrics, in different fabric quantities. Great way to build my stash of Batiks.

I made this quilt for a family member visiting from Panama and she just loved it. Everyone loved the colors and I have a lot left that I can’t wait to find project for.! The fabric is really great quality and fun to work with

Beautiful presentation of gorgeous batiks in several cool ways and sizes from 1/8 to 1 yd plus pieces. Very pleased with this purchase. Will certainly invest in this mystery pkg again.

The fabric was great quality as I would expect, but the colors were random and a couple I can see why they were still available, not sure what I would ever use them in.

I fell in love with Batiks when I started a quilting class last year. So, I was super excited when I saw the 20 Yard Mystery Box. As my luck would have it the fabrics with the most yardage were prints I would never use; ghost pattern, orange spider web pattern are just a couple that really stood out in the "ick" department for me. It was advertised as a mystery box, so I really shouldn't have been disappointed. But to pay that amount and not be satisfied with all the selections was...

I did not like the mystery box at all! There were 4 very large pieces of tan with brown deer all over. A large piece of Texas fabric. And a very small amount of what I think of when I think batik- bright colors. A better variety would have been nice. Very disappointing. I will not do a mystery purchase again.

I thought I was sent the wrong product! The Batik bundle was absolutely beautiful! I loved the wrapped presentation and the bow! I hit the jackpot. I have several large cuts. I will be using a large piece on a quilt for my brother soon. Until then I will enjoy looking at the fabric and dreaming!
