BLOCK Magazine 2024 Volume 11 Issue 4

I wish you would show the whole finished quilt open up photo. The artsy photos are great. But someone sitting on a quilt that I cannot see does little for me want to make that quilt. Moreover, I can’t see what the middle looks like in the whole quilt. The little drawing is too small to see the details. Many of a quilt I just turned the page on because I don’t want work on a quilt that I was sure how it would turn out. I purchase your magazine to make get quilt ideas. If I wanted art quilt...

Wonderful as usual! I made the Easy Crow's Foot quilt. It was so much fun and turned out great. Well, as we say, better finished than perfect!

The value is fantastic compared to other pattern prices.

I stopped most of my sewing prior to moving to my new house last year. I purchased this magazine hoping it would restore my interest. I love all of the ideas, strip piecing, half square triangles, big quilts, little quilts. I love them all. Block is great inspiration. I dusted and cleaned my machine. Beginning with something simple, I started an advent calendar for my grand daughter. Thank you to all who put this magazine together, it has me back at my machine. Thank you Missouri Star.

Love it. The photography is so crisp and centered. The projects are varied and use different skills. While I may not make them all I love looking at them and reading how to put the pieces and blocks together. It inspires me to when I sit down and work on my own projects. I'll remember how that half square was made or that the same block can be made into different projects - we don't all have to do the same thing!

This is the only Magazine I continue to receive, I will not give it up. The quality and content is wonderful and even if I am not interested in one of the quilts, I love to read about different designers that you highlight in the Issue. I am always excited to receive my magazine and I put aside a time just for me to read it at my leisure . Thank you!

Block magazine is my all-time favorite. At the present time, I have cancelled all my other quilt magazines subscriptions and only take Block! It’s the absolute best. Interesting articles and easy to follow instructions.

Really liked the "Slump Buster". I've been a sewing slump for a few months and needed to "get my mojo" back. Liked the pillows, so I recovered several pillows for the season. I'm working on the treat bags for my nieces and nephews. Nice ideas! Love your magazine!

I have subscribed to BLOCK Magazine since the very first issue. The quality and value of your magazine are excellent. I canceled all my other magazine subscriptions. However, during the 2024 editions, it appears you are running out of quilt ideas, new techniques, etc.. by expanding to yarn and/or embroidery based projects. I will continue to subscribe for 2025 to see if this would interest me or if I should subscribe to a different magazine. I've always enjoyed Jenny's stories of family life...

5 STARS Love Block Magazine. I make a cup of tea and read the entire magazine. Love the quilt patterns. Always looking for new ideas. Would like to have instructions for multiple sizes of quilt patterns. Also love the interviews and extra tips provided.
