Charade Purse Kit - Rustic Onyx Cork

The kit was packaged very nicely. Everything needed was there. I really like the fabrics. Kudos to those who did the cutting, they actually knew how to cut plaid (or checks, whatever one considers this fabric). Not everyone does. I did make a couple of adjustments to the pattern, just personal preferences. I did the larger size, but not quite as tall. I also added a slip pocket section in front of one of the zipper pockets. It is a nice purse. I will enjoy it.

I haven’t started this kit yet, although I’ve gone through it & read the directions. The tricky part of bag making is reducing bulk in corners. If there is a video for this, I will watch it as well.

I love kits! I can go home and immediately start working. I love the fabric and hardware choices on this kit.

Love the fact that you can get started right away- you don’t have to go looking for supplies. Because I live in such a remote area, it is hard to get certain supplies.
