Clover Retractable Seam Ripper

I love that the ripper can retract. It is so much safer in the bottom of a box of tools than rippers with the little plastic cover that falls off & gets lost while traveling. But the lock to keep the blade out doesn’t work well, so, often, the whole arm & blade will retract unexpectedly in the middle of ripping a seam.

The lock is not great but portable size is nice.

The ripper collapses with least amount of pressure. Is small and portable but frustrating to use. I wish I would have purchased something different.

Have a little trouble keeping it locked open. Probably my my old fingers.

Nice and sharp with a smaller tip. Just what I wanted.

When using , the latch wont stay in open/locked position . Sounded like a good gadget🥴
