I’m new to this quilting world so the first time I hand stitched my binding I used a regular needle. What a difference using a quilting needle made - it’s shorter, just in case you dont know =) I like all the needles in this packet and it’s very helpful that they have them labeled - otherwise I still would have used a regular sized sewing needle. =O
