Good choice for a quilt backing!
Your sale on Confetti Cottons gave me inspiration to work on a quilt top found in Arkansas. Unknown maker. The hand piecing is very good. The appliqué or basting of the outer edges needs to be adjusted in order to have the stars lie flat. There were a few common pins found and a little basting done in the stars. The background fabric appeared to be green, now gray after I hand washed it in quilt soap. I put this project on hold for several years when it looked as though unstitching would take...
