My day nine cordless light came without a charger. When I called customer service they immediately sent a replacement. I’m not sure whether I haven’t been operating it correctly or what but sometimes after charging over night it will not light up. And another time after I rotated the head it came on. I guess I’m not totally convinced yet if it’s the product or me, the operator who isn’t working correctly! As far as the entire Christmas box, I give it a Five Star!
