Great! I was missing a charging cord and you sent an entirely new light with the cord. Thank you for your wonderful service.

My day nine cordless light came without a charger. When I called customer service they immediately sent a replacement. I’m not sure whether I haven’t been operating it correctly or what but sometimes after charging over night it will not light up. And another time after I rotated the head it came on. I guess I’m not totally convinced yet if it’s the product or me, the operator who isn’t working correctly! As far as the entire Christmas box, I give it a Five Star!

Can’t remember what exactly I received on Day 9, but it really doesn’t matter, I loved Every gift.

I have not used it yet. Been really busy lately. But since I’m turning 67 next month and recently had cataracts surgery, I think it’s really going to help.

When I opened it with the video I was so happy! I only have sight in one eye so getting enough light on my work is always a struggle! But I can clip this anywhere for more light! It does not clip on my Featherweight but it does clip on the shelf above and gives incredible light! But when I tried to charge it, it did not work so you sent me a replacement that charges!!! Thank you so very much!
