This design was perfect for a quilted throw that I made for a raffle basket for the convention. I combined it with the patriotic eagle panels. This is a picture of the top. Have not yet quilted it. I will tie it as I do not have a quilting machine, but I enjoy tying my quilts.

Very easy pattern to follow. The batiks are gorgeous in it. Made it for family member graduation from five years in the military. I'm stitching in the ditch (quilting) so quilt isn't over stitched and softer with variegated thread.

I made this for my dad's 90th birthday. He is a retired colonel from the army, and he loved it! I bought this a a kit. I did change out the solid Kona cotton for a matching batik as all the other fabrics were batiks. It was absolutely lovely when finished.
