Good beginner set

Purchased this on a daily deal for a friend who is a beginner sewer. She is currently using my tools and will gift her this set when she completes her first project. I think it is perfect.

Not just for beginners

This set is great for beginners, yes! But, I wanted one, too! And I have been sewing and quilting for years. Sometimes, a product is a perfect addition to existing things. For me this, this was it. My ruler was damaged and my rotary cutter was uncomfortable. This kit filled both needs.

I think the ruler needs bigger numbers, very hard to read. The rotary cutter seems a little dull, not as easy to use as my others ones.
