French Quarter 2 1/2" Strips

Used these beauties to make the quilt Round and Round… undecided about adding a border and how I’ll be quilting it. It’s all part of the journey.

These are beautiful quality strips I plan to use in a scrappy quilt. Haven’t used them yet, however, they are out on my display shelf waiting for inspiration for just the right project.

I liked that I could order 2 at the daily deal price. I’m not sure yet what pattern, but which ever I select but this will be a beautiful project. They are good quality, pretty variation of lights and darks. I’m leaning toward the MSQC Bear Paw.

My granddaughter saw the sticks n stones quilt I was working on and loved it. It was in pinks, green and browns. I was really liking the quilt myself, but offered it to her. I then saw the French Quarter fabric and sent her a picture of it. Well she fell in love with it, so I offered the sticks n stones pattern using the French Quarter strips. She loved the idea and said it remineded her of Delft china blue.

How can you miss with a lovely clear true blue and white fabric? I love this jelly roll and am looking for the right pattern for it.
