Kaffe Fassett Mystery Fat Quarter Bundle

Didn’t know what to expect. Out of all the pieces, two were iffy. I will incorporate them into something else. The colors were great but also a challenge to figure out how to use them. Pulled out the green and orange for a separate project and used the pink/red, brown and blue for a disappearing pinwheel. Added the black from my stash and ordered the backing from MSQC.

Well, to be honest, I didn't feel that the color mix was the best. However, I do think I will be able to mix the fabrics with other Kaffe 10 inch squares and it will work out ok.

Will be fun to see what I come up with…interesting modern designs.

I tend to find my self just buying fabric all along one theme. This is a great way to get out of the box a bit.

I like the fabrics just fine, I bought this to start building a stash of this designer for a quilt requested by my niece.

I was so excited to see my mystery package. I also have this in a layer cake so can make several things with these lovely modern fabrics.

excellent selection. Am always nervous about mystery bundles, but once again Missouri has put together the perfect bundle. All the ladies in the quilt room were so jealous
