Quilting Product Description

Steam-A-Seam 2 Double Stick has the pressure sensitive on both sides which allows for a temporary hold to both the appliqué material and the background material. You can hold your project vertically and the appliqué pieces stay in place and are still repositionable until fused with an iron. Before fusing, tack your project to a wall or try on a garment to check appliqué placement. You're able to reposition pieces while you're wearing them. Once fused the bond is permanent.The Lite version provides a softer touch and easier drape. Five Sheets - 9" x 12" per pack.

Now you can hold your project vertically and the appliqué pieces stay in place and are still repositionable until fused with an iron!

Appliqué Easy As Pie

I was very nervous to do my first appliqué. An experienced friend told me it is not hard if you have the right products. In addition this appliqué was a paper pieces one (also my first time paper piecing).!this product made it easy and successful! Whew!

Product is awful

I had major problems with it gumming the needle and then stitches kept missing. I had to keep cleaning the needle with rubbing alcohol. I contacted the company and this was their reply:. "Please go back and re-fuse the appliqué using steam. If you can fuse it from the wrong side that will help especially if you have multiple layers. There are two types of adhesive in Steam-A-Seam. The tacky pressure sensitive allowing you to position and reposition is water soluble and needs to be steamed off...
