Excellent customer service!

The minky is excellent and exactly what I wanted. The incorrect minky was sent, and when I called to inform them that the wrong fabric was initially sent, a free return lable was instantly sent to my email, and the correct fabric was promptly sent out to me. This is the first time that a mixup in my order has ever happened. The customer service representative was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole experience was plesant and professional!
