Minkie for a blanket

I thought it was very luxurious but it was MUCH thicker than I was expecting. I have made numerous blankets for gifts by doubling minkie but this was TOO thick to double. it is very heavy and more like a thick fur than a luxe cuddle minkie. I did buy some thinner minkie to usefor the other side of the blanket and I'm hoping the blankets will turn out okay and not be too heavy.. Warning... this stuff is very heavy and thick!
