Miranda Tote Kit - Cherry Pebble Faux Leather

This is a beautiful kit and very well organized. All of the "hard to find" pieces needed are included and a list of what else you'll need is written clearly on the front of the box. Inside the box are the pieces from Sallie Tomato. They are all first rate, perfectly color matched and carefully packed. There are directions but there is also a tutorial on line for visual learners, like me! If you are new to bag making you can't do better than a Sallie tomato kit. She has advanced kits, too!

I bought 2 kids, one in each colour way and made both. Each bag took me about 2 hrs to make and the finished product is fantastic. No special tools needed - I did use a leather needle on the second bag just to make things a little easier on my machine. These bags sew up quickly, no special skills needed. The videos are easy to follow and helpful. The hardware is easy to install ( the little metal feet on the bottom of the bag ) with just a small nick with the seam ripper. I didn't use any fancy...

The bag had easy to follow pattern instructions. I was a bit disappointed that the lining didn’t have interfacing. Cut bag. Thank you.

Love it. Easy to sew. The installation of the zipper was new to me. Can't wait for the next purse or tote.

I had such a blast making this tote. The kit is so well put together, and the materials are so great. The instructions were very clear, and if i had issues with a step, i was able to easily pull up the tutorial on youtube. So fun! Can't wait to make more.
