Missouri Star 5" x 15" Ruler - Light Blue

While the color is pretty I’m having difficulty seeing through the color. I’ve tried it on many different fabrics. Lights, darks, prints, and solids. The white or super light colors are fine except some with prints. On darks , some yes some no. Medium solid grey is definitely a no. Possibly a lighter tint of blue would’ve been better? I’ve included a photo showing the visibility differences between rulers.

Works just fine! Used it for the half and half quilt!

I found this rulers markings hard to see on anything but white fabric. Also the lines themselves are fuzzy. Looks like they were printed with an old dot matrix printer. Two of the edges are rough with sharp spots. To use it I'd have to sand it. Tossing this one in my reject box for donation later on. This one was a bust folks

After soaking off the backing, I took it into my cutting room and realized that you cannot see clearly when using a green cutting base. I will only be able to use this on my white cutting board.

I was excited to get the shorter ruler for smaller cuts. But the measurement lines are also blue and I can’t see through the ruler well enough to make accurate cuts. I’ll stick with clear rulers with black marks. Sorry it’s not for me

I think if the color was lighter or the markings were darker.. hard to see the markings

It’s a little hard to see the lines on my green cutting mat, but it’s a nice ruler.

I like the size of the ruler very much but for my old eyes find it difficult to see the markings through the blue.

Too hard to see the lines and numbers

I'm not sure what the purpose of this blue ruler was, but when I lay it on fabric, I can't see a thing. I gave it to my husband to use in his workshop.
