Beach panel cut wrong

I am disappointed in the Beachcomber multi panel I ordered from you. It is cut wrong and thus is not centered. Some of the shells on the left side are cut off making that part uncentered. Not sure I will even use it as I don’t want to make fancy border piecing because of this. I love the ball bearing rotary cutter! I am also very pleased with the assorted 10 “ Missouri Star print fabric. They are very special and I deciding what to make with them! Thanks also for the Quacker Duck included. Love...
