I like the safety feature in that the blade is not exposed until one begins to cut and retracts as soon as the cutter is lifted.

Rotary Cutter

I love this because it’s easy to use and I don’t have to remember to close it after each cut. The arthritis in my hands makes it difficult, so this tool helps.
