The product is wonderful but it was not packed well. It is a mat - and was put in a large box so that it developed a curve and does not yet lay flat. Eventually I will get it to lay flat. I am a looooooong time fan of Missouri Star and the OmniGrid mats are exceptional but the packaging was disappointing and disrespectful of the product
