Center Panel horribly out of alignment

The center panel was very misaligned. I tried everything to straighten it. I ended up having to use the inner frame to try to make it a rectangle. I was successful in creating the rectangle, so the rest of the quilt went together well. Unfortunately, it is very obvious the panel is about 3/4 in further to one side in the middle. I'm unhappy with the results. Quality of panel is poor. Material cuts were generous.
