The Quilter's Clapper just made ironing that block much easier! Used with steam from your iron, just press the area with the Quilter’s Clapper and hold for a few seconds, it will leave a nice flat seam! The top is rounded over and smooth with a wooden knob for easy pick up. The Clapper is unfinished for better steam absorption. Colors may vary depending on the variations of color in the oak wood used.

Exactly what I wanted.

I was hesitant to order and really figured it would be just one more thing I didn't use. It has a nice weight to it and really helps get the seams flatter. I wanted one that was a little bigger so I could put more blocks underneath, this works perfect.
