Quilting Product Description

This clever multilayer, self-healing mat is usable on both sides! One side of the mat is light gray to use with dark fabrics and the other side is dark gray for light fabrics. Its two sets of corresponding numbers around the perimeter of the mat can be read left to right and right to left, so you’ll never lose your place or have to count backwards. It has 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" markings as well as multiple angle lines.

A dream to cut fabric on

Shipping was quick! This Quilter's Select cutting mat was shipped in a flat box and so was ready to use as soon as it arrived. This cutting mat is smooth and really is a dream to cut fabric on!

I’ve been purchasing this mat for a few years now and I love it! It holds up well under lots of use and the dual sides makes it last longer. The measurements are accurate and this size works well for me in my sewing room.

Cutting mat

My husband asked me what I wanted for Christmas and this is exactly what I wanted. To ease the shopping experience, he asked me to pick it out, order it and use his credit card. I love it my old one was very old and skipped even with a new rotary blade. Merry Christmas to me from my sweetie.

Needs more outside edge

I prefer my old Fiskars mat. It had a border around the whole mat with the numbers so you could use the very outside lines. With quilters select you can’t. You have to move the fabric in to see the numbers. I went and bought another Fiskars which was half the price.

This mat has one dark side and one light side which I really like.

Smooth cutting

The size of this mat is perfect for my kitchen island. You can easily cut even a bolt of fabric, just like the fabric stores. The lines and numbers are clearly printed on the mat. The double sides should make this mat last a long time, especially since it’s self-healing. My rotary cutter smoothly cut over this surface.
