Quilters Select Long Arm Ruler - 2" x 8"
Designed for machine quilting and long arm quilting, this 2" x 8" ruler has a non-slip coating to prevent slipping as your guide your quilt and ruler through your machine. The finger grip holes makes it easy to hold onto while working and easy placement and movement of the the ruler. Its 6mm thickness makes it perfect for long arm machines. Markings can be read both ways.

The 1/4" vertical lines along the sides are ideal for straight line quilting, and the 45 and 60 degree angle lines are for more creative possibilities.

How did I manage without this?

I am just learning free motion on a sit-down long arm without stitch regulation. My curves and feathers are coming along very nicely, but I haven't tackled in-the-ditch or straight lines because they look awful when I have practiced. This little gem is PERFECT, and I am anxious to see what I can do now. The finger holes make all the difference in fluidity when switching position. 5+ stars!
