A Happy Rainy Day Blue

I enjoy looking at this fabric, thinking of a fabric collage with a child holding a bright umbrella and yellow rain boots, looking at a row of red tulips. Or maybe a sail boat in the rain. Maybe both used in a "Rainy Day" wall hanging. The fabric is nice and has other color variations.
