Scarlet Bag
I've made many purses but thought this looked like something I would like. Pattern construction is good. I did not do the flap as I didn't need all that. Instead I just used the magnetic hardware to secure the opening. It worked. More functional than pretty. I'm 80 and just using up fabric, hardware and foam and time. I always use the cotton belting and cover it with the fabric for straps. Very sturdy. I might not have needed a pattern but I do like to see the method of construction. Thanks.
