Beautiful batiks!

I make a large quilt for each of our grandchildren when they graduate high school. This batik has been perfect with a black background in the Jewel Box quilt I am in the process of creating for a granddaughter. She likes pinks and purples, but of course there had to be contrasting colors as well. The purples are rich and varying and I used up some pink scraps from my stash. I know she will love this quilt after it is assembled and borders attached.
