I am presently making this quilt in batik primary colors for the children's room at church. You would need to have some experience in paper piecing...going together fabulously! I had some confusion with reference to block 1 but saw none of the pattern pieces labeled block 1...reading the pattern for the umpteenth time I realized..section 1 and section 2 make up Block 1. I recommend this designer and her pattern.
