Recreate the beauty of stained glass in this breathtaking quilt. One of my favorite styles of appliqué is the stained glass technique. I love the way the black borders add so much depth to the design, framing each color and bringing it to life. This gorgeous pattern is designed for 10" precut squares and fusible webbing. Have fun experimenting with the color of the flowers, but as a true Californian, I had to go with the vibrant orange color of California poppies. Enjoy! ~ Rob

We suggest Heat-N-Bond Feather Lite Fusible Web 17" Wide Yardage for this project. 2 1/2 yards are needed.

Spring here in California

Am working on it as we speak. Rather than cut out the fusible exactly it would be less work & more accurate to rough-cut it & cut the two together on the line per instructions on the package. I did it his way & am less than happy with the results. Lovely pattern, am sure I will love it when it is finished.
