The Piecemaker Block of the Month Backing

I finished it on a retreat and I loved it. It turned out cuter than the picture. It is very large.

The backing is pretty. What I love are the video tutorials. I’m not very far but it’s fun.

I chose the suggested Piecemaker Block of the Month backing material. It is very colorful and everyone comments on it. It is a very nice weight of fabric, too. In the photo, you can sort of see it through where the sun is shining on the quilt.

Should look great with the Piecemaker quilt

I think it's very bright and exciting looks like going to look great on the back of the quilt

This is a handsome piece of fabric and will make a striking backing for the of the sewing machine quilt. I hope there is some left over for matching accessories...maybe a pillow or two! (Only gave a 4 for a final result as I haven't used the backing yet.)

I am saving all the BOM Piecemaker supplies and backing for my spring quilt getaway with my twin sister in NH. She will help me do some blocks so we can make this quilt together. I already bought us t-shirts to match.

The fabric is a good weight and feel. The colors are quite cheerful and I can hardly wait to have a finished front to go with the lovely back.

Interesting choice for backing. Modern. Not sure I would have picked that pattern but it is what came with the kit and who knows? I will wait and see.
