I used these for the circles in a "solar flare" quilt along with a jelly roll from timeless treasures. The effect was light and summer-y. I took Jenny's advice and did an overall quilt pattern that was geometric/angular instead of swirly. Looks great and very different that Jenny's color scheme. I find timeless treasures batiks lighter in weight than, say, island batiks. Just an observation not criticism.
