Prompt customer service
I ordered ten 3-yard lengths of black, white, and grey print flannels. I found it very amusing when one of my charcoal prints was a blue/yellow flowered cotton. Right label, wrong fabric. It stuck out like a sore thumb in the box. Not sure how it wasn't caught, but things like this do happen. Anyway, I sent a picture to customer service and the correct fabric was sent out the next day. My customer service experience was top notch.
