Cute Design, See-Through Fabric

The design is very cute. However, I wouldn't have purchased this fabric if I had known how see-through it is. I'm left wondering whether I can actually use this fabric in a quilt and be happy with the results. I generally shy away from white or light color fabrics. However, I took a chance on this fabric because in 24 reviews, no one mentioned it being see-through. I'm posting so that others will have the information and can take it into consideration before purchasing.
