How To Make A Baby Alma Quilt
Jenny Doan demonstrates how to make a rainbow baby quilt with a big pieced heart in bright, happy colors. It’s a beautiful pattern filled with so much hope and love!
A rainbow baby is a baby born after pregnancy loss. It is the rainbow after a storm. The Baby Alma quilt was designed by Jen Belnap of the Smitten Chicken, who was inspired by her own rainbow baby:
“There was something so therapeutic about cutting up fabric and sewing it back together again. As corny as it sounds, I felt like I was stitching myself back together. This sweet little baby has been pure sunshine and rainbows!”
