Little yet mighty!

October is scrappy quilt month…so I take all my scraps and trim them up to make little quilts for kiddos for the fire department in our community to hand out should they need them…some of those scraps are 1 1/2 - 2 inch squares or HST…for a patchwork quilt! I love this little rotary tool I can work while watching T. V. On a lap table! And it works sew well!

This is the replacement 28mm rotary cutter that I received after the first one I ordered had a wobbly blade. The replacement is exactly the same and also wobbles. Very disappointed, it's not usable.

Great Rotary Cutter for small templates

I needed a smaller rotary cutter for an appliqué project. This cutter worked great. I needed over 100 small leaf shapes. This was a perfect tool for that. I will say one thing, Ladies (and gents), please inspect your cutting mats. They do not last forever. An older mat will dull your blade fast. I replaced my old mat. What a difference. The old mat is now in the garage. I use it when I paint to catch splatter.

It didn’t cut cleanly. I tried everything. But that’s ok.

It’s a nice little cutter. Feels a little flimsy compared to my olfa.

The blade keeps loosening and falling off handle

I have used the rotary cutter approximately one hour and the blade has fallen off 3 times. It’s nut loosens and blade falls off. I like he size of the cutter.

The cutter is well balanced in weight, and has a comfortable and secure grip. The blade cuts through fabric easily. It feels very ergonomic . I like it for cutting small appliqué pieces and with rulers.
