Great cutter except for removing the initial plastic cover

Not easy taking the plastic off without getting hurt because the core was stuck in the blade I dropped it and dented the blade. Now it comes apart easily but will have to get a new blade…smooth cut until the dent… With a new blade, it is the best cutter ever…nice and smooth and easy on the wrist with even cuts!

The rotary cutter seems heavy compared to other cutters. The blade is wobbly with no way of tightening it up to eliminate the wobble. The blade is very sharp and does a great job cutting, in spite of the wobble.

Couldn’t wait for my 60mm cutter from MSQC to arrive. Took it to my quilting group and after 20 cuts or so, the nut came off. So I put it back on. Seems to unscrew with every pass up the ruler…..😞

Blade wobbles

Is there a missing washer? Wobbles. Love the idea of bearings - but the blade wobbles. A friend had bought the 45mm cutter - she has the same problem.

I love MSQC and have been a customer for several years. I haven’t needed customer service very often but they have the best of any online retailer I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to make their customers have a good experience. The MSQC rotary cutters are the very best on the market Especially the Greta.
