You MUST contact customer service to confirm if your machine is registered and in-warranty. If your machine warranty is not registered, a customer service agent can help you do that at this time.
If your machine is within the timeframe for warranty, you will be advised to take your machine to your nearest Bernina dealer, which is selected when you register your machine. Missouri Star is an authorized dealer who can do in-warranty repairs, but please note that you will be required to ship your machine to Hamilton at your expense (make sure you use the original packaging to. do so!).
