All Star Tribute Free Quilt Pattern by Whistler Studios
All Star Tribute features a large central star, smaller surrounding stars and a fussy-cut eagle motif on a printed background. Designed by Whistler Studios, this intermediate quilt finishes at 31½ by 32½ inches and uses the American Tribute collection. Fusible applique creates the star points and eagle, with sew-and-flip corners connecting the background and striped borders. Mitered outer borders and matching star-print binding complete the design around the appliqued center.

All Star Tribute Free Quilt Pattern by Whistler Studios quilt pattern summary
- Enlarge the large star-point template as directed and prepare the large and small star points with fusible web. Mark the panel center and arrange and fuse the stars using the placement diagram.
- Fuse the fussy-cut eagle motif below the star and stitch the applique edges with monofilament thread. Add the sew-and-flip corners and striped borders, then attach the outer borders with mitered corners.
- Layer and baste the backing, batting and quilt top. Quilt along the patch and border seams and around the applique, then join the binding strips and bind the edges.
