Not a pattern, but 3 A4 pages that are printed on home printer

Like for any garment pattern I expected a normal paper pattern but only received 3 A4 pages that are printed on home printer with instructions to cut my own shirt/sweatshirt as a pattern template. Does this Laundry basket Quilts brand like destroying garments in order to create a new one? It states on their website that you need a sweatshirt, but it is not clear why. There is no size guidance for finished garment either. I thought this pattern is good for a beginner, but it's clearly not. And...
