Beautiful Backings Midnight Blue
Washed up great but I would recommend prewashing with color catchers. i used 4 of them and they were VERY blue. I bought it for backing and haven’t put the quilt together yet.

The Elegant Scroll Midnight Backing 108” wide worked so well for my Shadow Box quilt. I love the softness of the fabric and the color complimented the blue batik fabric I used as the “ shadows” on the pieced top.

My Review of Beautiful Backings-Elegant Scroll Midnight Blue
I really liked the feel of the fabric and its pattern. Unfortunately, the blue was not the shade I was expecting. It had more of a teal shade than I expected, especially with the title Midnight Blue. It did not go with the quilt top I ordered it for.
But I realize it can be hard to judge color online, and I am thankful for the selection of 108" wide backings you have to choose from.
However, it will be a beautiful backing for a future quilt and it will be the inspiration color to build off of. It won't go to waste!
