Bedside Caddy Pattern.

I used mine to hang on the end of my shelf to hold various items. I plan to make one of each side of the bed by anchoring them to each other underneath the mattress.

Was so excited to make !

I loved the idea of creating this for grand daughter going off to college. Directions were great. Design seemed perfect for what I wanted. I think I did everything correctly but the issue I found was with the removable cardboard. In position the caddy looked great sitting flat on counter. However when hung on rail it tipped too far forward. I felt like the straps almost needed to be secured through the cardboard to make more stable… but that would defeat the purposely of having cardboard removable for storing it flat. Did I “miss” something? Any suggestions?
