Great products, needs help with customer service

I love everything I purchase from you including the videos. My only complaint with Missouri Star Quilt is the the hours that I can call in for help. I am vision impaired but still quilting with lots of help from my daughter when she gets home from work. By then your phones are cut off and she calls the next day and sometimes has a long wait. An extra hour at evening time would help a lot even Saturday hours would help.
