Uh oh, a spool is unraveling! Refresh and try again.
Description:

Blue and Brown Nine-Patch alternates brown and blue nine-patch blocks in a quilt measuring 65½ by 77½ inches. Julie Hendricksen's design features the History Repeated Book 2 collection and uses light squares within both block colors. Sashing separates the patchwork, with small cornerstones linking the rows. Fifty brown blocks and forty-nine blue blocks make up the center. Lengthwise-cut outer borders frame the arrangement before the quilt is quilted and bound.

  1. Cut the brown, blue, and light squares, along with sashing rectangles, cornerstone squares, lengthwise border strips, and binding.
  2. Sew four brown squares with five light squares for each brown nine-patch, and repeat with blue squares for the blue blocks. Make fifty brown and forty-nine blue blocks.
  3. Piece the cornerstone-and-sashing rows and the two alternating block-row arrangements. Join the rows in the quilt diagram's order.
  4. Measure through the center to cut the side borders, then measure again for the top and bottom borders. Attach the borders, quilt, and bind.
