Blue Bayou Favorites 10" Squares

It’s hard to find fabric for teenage boys so I decided to do a favorite color quilt—blue! I cut the fabric down to 5” squares and removed the lightest colors. Then I alternated a “white” fabric (I chose a white with a light sprinkling of stars). I am so pleased with the results.

A quilting friend and I used the layer cakes, cut into charm size to make a beautiful retirement signature quilt. I found out this is VERY POPULAR fabric when I tried to reorder and it was sold out!

Well-coordinated collection of medium blues with a nice blend of contemporary prints. Just grab a background and/or contrast fabric and get started! Lovely hand, soft and smooth fabric.

I have not used these yet, but I checked them out and as with all Missouri star quilt fabric, it is amazing. I can’t wait to get started.

My favorite is blue. This will be a future quilt just for me! Pattern tbd.
