Bundle of Joy combines alternating patchwork blocks with an appliqued flag panel in a quilt designed by Bethany Fuller. Nine prints and white flannel form the two block arrangements, which are joined into five rows of five. Seven fabric flags are fused onto a white-cloud background and secured with zigzag or blanket stitching. This panel sits above the pieced center, with outer borders surrounding the design. The finished quilt measures 52 by 58 inches and uses the Welcome Baby collection.

- Cut the printed squares and rectangles, white flannel pieces, flag background, border strips and binding strips as listed.
- Piece thirteen blocks of the first arrangement and twelve of the second, then alternate them in five rows of five.
- Fuse the flag fabrics to lightweight fusible web, cut seven flags with the template, and stitch them onto the cloud background.
- Sew the flag panel above the pieced center, add the outer borders, then quilt and bind.
