Chipotle combines red-and-blue and red-and-black pinwheel blocks with a surrounding four-patch border. Chloe Anderson and Colleen Reale's 69-by-81-inch design uses a fat-quarter pack from the Folklore collection, plus separate border fabrics. Small white corner patches modify the pinwheel blocks, and dark sashing with blue corner squares separates their rows. A red border, a border of forty four-patches and a final dark border complete the top before quilting and binding.

- Make the red-and-blue and red-and-black half-square triangles and join them into pinwheels. Sew the marked white corner squares onto the pinwheel blocks and piece the four-patch border blocks.
- Join the pinwheels into alternating rows with dark sashing. Make the sashing rows with blue corner squares and sew the rows together.
- Add the red border, the four-patch border rows and the final dark border with its corner squares. Layer and quilt, then join and attach the binding strips.
