Quilting Product Description

An easy, efficient & accurate method to square-up half-square triangles. Align the seam of an unpressed hst with the dashed lines and with easy strokes, trim all four sides. The unique edge slots allow for trimming of the dog ears at the same time. No need to rotate fabric to realign. Other uses include: square up hour-glass blocks, strip piecing of half-square triangles, strip-tube method of block construction and fussy cutting.

Trims half-square triangles up to 7 sizes in THREE-QUARTER INCH increments, from 1 ¾” to 7 ¾”.

    I Needed this “D” trimmer for a quilt pattern.(I already have the A and B trimmers)Works well to trim half square triangles before you open them up. Also trims off the “ dog ears”. Good tool to have.

    It was my fault for not reading the description carefully, so I don't know if I will ever use this tool. The manufacturer has done a very good job, though, so I am sure it will perform quite well. The concept is terrific.
