Whimsical teacups for your tea party! Pattern, by Karla Alexander for Cut Loose Press, has instructions for the pieced 46" x 21" which uses two Creative Grid rulers. Creative Grids Spider Web Quilt Ruler and Creative Grids 10 1/2" x 10 1/2" Ruler.

Finished size: 21" x 46"
Pattern for Fat Eighths.
Can also be made using a Fat Quarter cut in half or 1/8 yard of fabric.
