Enough of graduation in color density

The fat quarter was exactly what I was looking for. I have been collecting blues for a special project and this fat quarter was exactly what I needed. The color density was perfect and the graduation between the fat quarters was just right.

NOT EVEN CLOSE

I bought this thinking I was going to get the same color values and shades. What I got was navy fabrics and purple fabrics. NOT TEAL. I am NOT happy about this. I don't have a very big quilting budget, and this just took a huge chunk out of that budget. For fabrics that I will probably never use.
